Best result for pigment printing does need a pre-treated fabric but can be done without. Digital printing followed by a heat fixation. No after washing. No waste a truly economical ecological sustainable printing process. Nearly all fabrics can be printed. Mainly used for cotton and blended fabrics. Image printed is glued to the surface of the fabric during fixation.

REACTIVE AND ACID PRINTING
Transfer printing is done by printing on paper followed by a heat pressing of paper against polyester fabric. In direct printing the polyester is pre treated, digital printed and heat fixated, typical on a drum 20 seconds, an after wash is needed.
